Summary

DataOverCable Engineering does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Data on your device

The values you enter and the scenarios you save are stored only on your device: inside the app, or in your browser's local storage for the web app. They never leave the device unless you choose to copy them yourself (for example with Scenario JSON). Deleting the app, or clearing this site's data in your browser, deletes them.

Network access

The apps work entirely offline and do not contact any server. The web app is downloaded from this website once and then cached by your browser so it can work offline; it sends no data back.

This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation; these are not used to identify you.

Third parties

The apps contain no third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services. The app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play) may collect information under their own privacy policies when you download an app.

Children

DataOverCable Engineering is a professional engineering tool and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
